Where do we ship?
Whether you’re spinning in Sydney or slaying in Southland, we currently ship across Australia and New Zealand. All orders are dispatched from our HQ in Sydney, Australia.

Free standard shipping in AUS for orders over $150!

Pre-orders – Get it before everyone else!
Love planning ahead? Our pre-order items are marked ‘PRE-ORDER’ along with an estimated arrival date. Just add them to your cart and check out as usual - easy peasy!
When will my pre-order ship?
Pre-order items will be shipped on the estimated arrival date. Please note that this date may change due to unforeseen circumstances (we wish we had a crystal ball!).
Important! If your cart includes both pre-order and in-stock items, we’ll ship everything together once the pre-order is ready. Want your in-stock items sooner? Place a separate order to get them ASAP!
Can I return a pre-order item?

Lost or stolen parcels
We know how frustrating it is when a package goes missing! While we do everything we can to ensure a smooth delivery, Pole Closet is not liable for any lost or stolen parcels. If this happens, we recommend reaching out to the carrier directly.
Return to sender – what happens next?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, it’s in the hands of the shipping gods! If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, missed delivery, or failure to collect, the customer is responsible for any re-delivery costs. Unfortunately, refunds or returns can’t be processed for return-to-sender packages.
