Meet Jen

What started as a replacement for the gym (pure lies, I never went to the gym), quickly became so much more:

  • a creative outlet
  • a confidence propeller
  • a safe space
  • a community

New Year's eve, five years ago... I was in the midst of a spiritual awakening. A promise to myself to try something 'different' led me to pole dance — and like so many of us, I never looked back.

Pole became my non-negotiable. Pole is deeply personal. The way you move, the way you express yourself, and yes — what you wear while doing it — all reflect your unique style and how it makes you feel. That’s why I created this space.
